CPD Points by Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE)
Participants who wish to obtain CPD Points are reminded that they must comply strictly with the Attendance Policy set out in the CPD Guidelines. For this activity, this includes signing in on arrival and signing out at the conclusion of the activity in the manner required by the organiser, and not being absent from the entire activity for more than 15 minutes. TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Registration & Payment
(a) Registration closes on Tuesday, 03 September 2019, (5.00pm), or when all seats are filled.
(b) The registration fee is due and payable upon registration and must be received prior to the event.
(c) Payment must be made by the closing date. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
(d) NUS Law reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any participant, and to cancel or postpone the course.
(e) To avoid delay in registration, please ensure that all registration details are clearly and accurately provided.

Refund, Cancellation & Transfer
(i) NUS Law reserves the right to amend any part of the programme or other arrangements for this event, including cancellation or postponement of the event, if circumstances so warrant, and in that event, a full refund of the registration fee will be given.
(ii) If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed, provided that NUS Law is notified in writing (rescle@nus.edu.sg) of the name and particulars of the substitute delegate at least 3 working days before the seminar.
(iii) For circumstances related to (i), to claim a refund or for further information, please send an email to rescle@nus.edu.sg.


CONSENT AND DECLARATION
