(a) For MSc MOTstudents, please also register via the central module enrolment system when it opens in January (https://myaces.nus.edu.sg/gseonline).

(b) For everyone else, please also download, fill in and submit a Cross-Faculty Module form to your respective home department. Download theform here: http://www.eng.nus.edu.sg/iel/wp-content/uploads/CFM_2016.pdf

By submitting this form, I consent to my personal data being collected, used and disclosed (including to other NUS departments or to third parties in or outside of Singapore) for the following purposes in compliance with the PDPA 2012.
 
1.   Sending information, updates and corporate information by post, email, text messages or social media about IEL and our initiatives & events, or those of NUS and third parties that we think may interest you.
2.   Managing your registration & participation in IEL initiatives and events, including any communication related to your participation.
3.   Ensuring that the organisers, speakers/instructors and other partners understand your background, interests & objectives for participating in any initiatives and events.
4.   Performing market, demographic or trend analysis/survey for research and marketing purposes.
5.   Maintenance and upkeep of records.
6.   Processing financial transactions (if any) including fee support from third parties.
7.   Using personal data (including any visual images, photographs and/or videos captured during your participation in IEL initiatives & events) and any feedback submitted, in various materials including educational & marketing materials, NUS publications & social media pages, and whereby such materials may include identification of attendees by name, and shared with third parties.
 
Your up-to-date and accurate Personal Data is necessary to enable us to constantly improve the quality, and the relevancy to you, of events that are planned.
 
Failure to Supply your Personal Data
 
If you choose not to provide some of all the information requested by us in accordance with the PDPA, we may not be able to keep relevant, accurate and complete Personal Data about you and this may affect our ability to accomplish the purposes set out above.
 
Disclosure of Personal Data
 
We may disclose your Personal Data, for any of the Purposes and in accordance with the PDPA, to any related companies of NUS; 


1.   any of our agents and service providers providing services to NUS in relation to the above stated purposes;
2.   any third parties funding any of the purposes;
3.   any third parties who is jointly organising an event with us;
4.   any third parties who is under a duty of confidentiality to keep your Personal Data confidential and who must comply with the PDPA.
