* School Category Events may be held on weekends. A valid reason must be provided under detailing requests if schools are unable to shoot on weekends.

Applicant Eligibility

All applicants must be:
(i) students of a Ministry of Education (MOE) school or Polytechnic; or
(ii) members of a Singapore Shooting Association (SSA) Member Club, of which a list of SSA Member Clubs may be found on the SSA website.

Applicants who do not meet any of the conditions stated above may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

(a) receive publicity information relating to the National University of Singapore Invitational Shoot ("NUSIS") 2020 and future editions of NUSIS; and
(b) submit an application for your school and/or your organisation for participation in NUSIS 2020.

By indicating your consent to provide your personal data in this form, you agree to allow the NUSIS 2020 Organising Committee to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the administration of NUSIS 2020, and for you to receive publicity material, updates and important announcement relating to NUSIS 2020 and future editions of NUSIS via email, voice call and text message.

All personal data will be kept confidential and used for the purposes stated above only.

Should you wish to refuse to give consent to collect, use or disclose your personal data for the purposes stated above, please do NOT submit this form.

Withdrawal of Consent

To help you make an informed decision, withdrawing consent may result in information and updates not being able to reach you, and the withdrawal of you, your school, your organisation and/or your company's participation in NUSIS 2020. In addition, withdrawing consent may result in you, your school, your organisation and/or your company to be unable to receive invitations for future editions of NUSIS.

Should you wish to withdraw your consent for NUSIS 2020 Organising Committee to contact you for the purposes stated above, please notify us in writing to nusinvitationalshoot@gmail.com. We will then remove your personal data from our database. Please allow 5 business days for your withdrawal of consent to take effect.

Participation Fees

$107.00 per School Team
$128.40 per Open Team

$42.80 per School Individual

Amounts stated above are inclusive of 7% GST (GST Registration No.: 200604346E).

Applicant Limit

There is no limit to the number of applicants. For each Event, priority will be given to the 1st Team. Team entries will be considered first. For Open Category Events, priority will be given to shooting clubs.

Multiple Events

If an applicant wishes to take part in more than one Event, please enter as separate entries.

(i) up to 3 Team entries for any Event;
(ii) up to 12 Team entries in total; AND
(iii) up to 10 Individual entries in total.

If any of the following conditions apply:
(i) you wish to enter 4 OR MORE Team entries for any Event;
(ii) you wish to enter 13 OR MORE Team entries in total; OR
(iii) you wish to enter 11 OR MORE Individual entries in total.

You may enter your detailing requests in the section below.

* School Category Events may be held on weekends. A valid reason must be provided if schools are unable to shoot on weekends.

We will appreciate that your responses to be as detailed as possible and supported with COMPELLING REASONS, e.g. sharing of weapons or equipment among applicants of the same Event.

We regret that we are unable to cater to detailing requests which are not supported with compelling reasons.

Please check and ensure your detailing requests are correct before submitting as we reserve the right not to entertain any amendments upon the submission of this form.

Please note that the final decision on matters such as, but not limited to, the acceptance and detailing of applicants shall lie with the NUSIS 2020 Organising Committee.

Terms and Conditions

By clicking the Submit Survey button below, you are officially submitting an application for NUSIS 2020 and hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
(1) Not all applicants may be accepted if the events are oversubscribed.
(2) All persons-in-charge and participants shall abide by the rules and regulations set by the NUSIS 2020 Organising Committee, as stated in the General Instruction, Letter of Confirmation and any such emails which may be sent from time-to-time.
(3) All persons-in-charge and participants shall abide by the rules and regulations set by SAFRA Shooting Club while in the premises of the SAFRA Yishun Indoor Air Weapons Range ("Range"), which include (but not limited to) the prohibition of eating and drinking in the Range premises.
(4) All terms, conditions, rules and regulations may be subject to change.
      (a) If a change is effected before the start of NUSIS 2020, the change will be communicated via email to the person-in-charge stated above.
      (b) If a change is effected at or after the start of NUSIS 2020, the change will be communicated to the person-in-charge and/or the participants during NUSIS in the Range premises.


THE DECISIONS OF THE NUSIS 2020 ORGANISING COMMITTEE ARE FINAL.
